RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have 28 days to return an item from the date you received it. You must notify us of your wish to return within 14 days of receiving your item. You have another 14 days to return the item once you’ve told us. We kindly ask that you let us know of your reason for returning the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original undamaged packaging. You will need to print out and include your receipt/proof of purchase that was emailed to you at the time of placing your order.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. If the item is undamaged and as new, we will issue a refund via your original method of payment. This will be within 14 days of receiving the item. You will receive the credit within the timeframe governed by your card issuer's policies.

As we’re a small business, our shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, this will be for the cost of the item only. You will be responsible for paying for the return of your item. We recommend you send your item via a signed service that insures you for the full item value. We will not be responsible for any damage caused to items during their return to us; we may not issue a refund if items are returned in a damaged condition.
