By ordering on our website you agree to all T&Cs listed below.
We reserve the right to amend our T&Cs from time to time. Any amendments will be made and updated on this page.

Unless otherwise stated, Hive Drums own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this website for your personal use only.
You must not republish material, sell, rent or sub-license material, reproduce, duplicate or copy material from www.hivedrums.co.uk without prior permission from Jon and Matt.
Payment
Payments are accepted in £ (GBP) only. We only accept payment via Credit/Debit Card through this website.
You will be contacted when your drum is complete and ready to dispatch or collect (collection by prior arrangement only).
Shipping
Shipping costs will be added to your order at checkout. We're currently only able to ship to the UK. We charge a flat rate fee of £15 per drum for UK delivery. If you're currently outside the UK, please contact us and we'll see what we can do.
Lead times
We aim to turnaround orders as quickly as possible and estimate a lead time on our drums of 6-8 weeks from receipt of order. This production time frame is not a guarantee and is subject to change based on increasing workloads, special requests and any factors outside our direct control; it is not a delivery window.
You are welcome to contact us at any point after your order is placed to receive updates and ask questions you may have. You will be contacted when your order is ready for dispatch.
Hive Drums will not be held responsible for customers not having equipment by certain dates or events; the customer is responsible for their own equipment needs until the order is completed and delivered. If there is specific timeframe you have, then please discuss this with us before placing an order and we will endeavour to help you.
